What is Everything as a Service?
Everything as a Service is the concept within a business that anything employees, or the business itself, want or need can be accessed as a service through a central system. For instance, requesting a new IT password; holiday time; email marketing campaign or legal contract, or booking a meeting room. However, it is not enough to just offer this capability. For Everything as a Service to be truly mature, an organisation’s offering must both be optimised, and also deliver the best possible service experience to end users.
